Ordering a Wedding Cake

Wedding Cake Ordering Policy

We are delighted to create a special cake for your special day. Because every wedding cake is carefully prepared and customized, please review the following guidelines before placing your order.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve your wedding date. Your order is confirmed only after availability, cake details, pricing, and any required deposit have been agreed upon.

2. Advance Notice

We recommend placing your wedding cake inquiry as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak wedding seasons. Orders are subject to availability.

3. Custom Designs

Wedding cakes can be customized in flavour, size, tiers, colours, and design. Inspiration photos are welcome. As our cakes are handmade, minor variations from reference images may occur.

4. Changes & Cancellation

Please let us know about any changes or cancellation as early as possible. Changes may not be possible once preparation has begun. Deposit and cancellation terms will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup may be available for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for providing the correct venue information and ensuring a suitable location for the cake.

6. Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before confirming your order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Final Confirmation

Before production, we will confirm the final details of your cake, including date, size, servings, flavours, design, delivery arrangements, and price.
