For custom cakes and catering:
Final designs, flavors, and serving sizes must be confirmed prior to production.
Changes may not be possible once production has begun.
Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable.
Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

While we take care in preparing our products, our kitchen handles ingredients including:

Gift cards:
Are non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be presented at the time of use

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
